SM Cohn Design is about professional designing as well as consulting.  Many of my jobs encompass the entire home which can be overwhelming when trying to create designs and make decisions.  That’s where I come in.  I work with you and directly with the contractor and subs to ensure things run smoothly and avoid delays. In addition to creating the design, I am aligned with professional companies to build and install the product.  On occasion, a builder wants to have their own cabinet makers build the materials and I will create and draw the plans for them.  In most instances, the contractors and builders do not want to deal with the organizing portion of building or remodeling homes.  This is what I do best and why they seek my services.  So, whether it’s a simple estimate or a complicated design, I hope you will think of me for your next project.
